In-Stock Items

If an item is listed as in stock, it generally ships within the standard processing timeframe listed above.

Backordered or Special-Order Items

Some products are built to order or sourced directly from manufacturers and may have extended lead times. Estimated ship dates are provided when available but are not guaranteed and may change due to production delays, supply chain issues, or carrier constraints.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to select countries.
  • Customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and VAT, which are not included in shipping charges.
  • Macht Schnell is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local authorities.
  • Refused international shipments may not be eligible for refunds.

Freight & Oversized Items

Certain items (including exhaust systems, suspension kits, wheels, and body components) may ship via freight:

  • Freight shipments may require a business address or forklift access.
  • Residential freight delivery may incur additional charges.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

  • Macht Schnell is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Address changes requested after an order has shipped may not be possible.

  • Reshipment costs due to incorrect or incomplete address information

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product immediately.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
  • Failure to report damage promptly may limit our ability to file a carrier claim.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office first.
  • If still unresolved, contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
  • Macht Schnell is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Holidays or peak shipping periods

Macht Schnell is not responsible for delays once the shipment is in the carrier’s possession.

Returns Due to Refused Delivery

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
